Issues with Virtual Couples Therapy

I prefer to see couples in real life, in my office, rather than connecting on Zoom. Virtual couples therapy has limitations compared to in-person sessions in my opinion, though there may be some ways to mitigate these issues:

1. Limited body language observation: Therapists can't fully observe non-verbal cues, positioning, and subtle interactions between partners.

2. Technical difficulties: Poor internet connectivity, audio/video glitches, and other technical issues can disrupt the flow of therapy sessions.
